Service Department

We understand that being unable to get on the water is a missed opportunity for memories and fun. There are only so many days of summer, and we work exceptionally hard to make the service and repair process speedy. Our award winning service department has certified mechanics to handle all of your engine’s service and repairs. We also have a talented fiber glass/ gel coat/ interior technician that does incredible refurbishing and repairs. Bobby Harmon Jr. - Service Manager
Bobby manages our service department and performs many of the extensive mechanical repairs. Jr. worked 20 years as a mechanic with a Chevrolet dealership. He has been with the Rambo Marine family since1989. Jr. is a certified mechanic for all the engine brands we carry, and he can perform any repair you may require. Jr.’s dedication and drive for perfection has been a key in creating an award winning service department. Jr. enjoys spending his spare time with his race team, hunting, and fishing. .:email Bobby:.

James Sisk- Service Writer
Many of you have already met James Sisk who started with us last fall to help with service scheduling. James has over twenty years of service experience and will be glad to help keep your boat in top condition. .:email James:.

David Pack - Rigger Tech
David handles all the rigging of accessories for our boat lines. He is also responsible for light mechanical work, and he is very knowledgeable with audio installation and repair. David handles many of our customers’ service water tests, deliveries, and pick-ups. David enjoys boating, fishing, and canoeing in his spare time. Billy Williamson - Service Technician
Billy has worked around auto and marine service departments his entire career. He spent several years working with auto dealerships’ service departments before arriving with Rambo Marine in January 1991. Billy is a certified mechanic for all the engine brands that we carry. When Billy is not helping our customers get back out on the water, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and riding his motorcycle. Rambo Marine tries to get our customers back on the water as soon as possible after service or repairs, and Billy helps make our speedy repairs possible. .:email Billy:.

Donny Moore - Service Writer
Donny Moore is our newest addition to the Rambo Marine family. Donny will be handling all of our customer's service appointments and ticket writing. Jared Bearden
Jared has been one of the key employees for our super quick service department in Birmingham. Jared has been working as a technician in the automotive industry for seven years, and grew up working on engines. His quick learning curve and being mentored by Cecil and Jr. has helped him become a huge as set to keeping our customers out of the shop and on the water. .:email Jared:.

Cecil Lee
Cecil has worked in the Marine Industry his entire life and managed Aero Marine in Birmingham for 19 YRS. We are fortunate to have such an experienced veteran helping us grow Rambo Marine. Cecil would be happy to help you with any of your service scheduling or parts needs. .:email Cecil:.

Eric Gulledge
Eric has recently joined the Rambo Marine Service Team. As our new location has grown, so has our service department. Eric has grown up working on all kinds of mechanical items from tractors to trucks. He has quickly become a valuable technician and helps us keep your boat in top shape. Eric enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time his family.
